Monumental project! Best of luck I know you will turn it into a jewel. But make no mistake folks, this is going to be a process that would cost several hundred thousand to contract out and have done to Wolkon's standards. For myself, whole house reno/makeovers took me multiple years every time, and mine were probably less extensive than this project will be. If you have expertise yourself, then you can hire labourers to speed things up, but consider insurance coverage to allow this.

Awesome job. You got a sub for your attention to detail. Not many people impress me on this. Not to mention your pants look like mine! Just an FYI for those in the US, a quick search says that code requires a minimum of a 2" drain UNLESS the Single shower head puts out 2.0GPM or less. Since you had multiple heads, it is most likely not up to code anywhere in the US. It definitely isn't in FL, MI or CA. I like the idea of using an old piece of tile as a heat shield. Also, I haven't seen the exhaust fan mount, pretty cool.

Just wondering if you guys will ever do a bathroom on a concrete slab? I would love to see how hard it is to change drains in a concrete floor. Most Australian homes have a concrete slab with the piping embedded.

I have a question, all my plug outlets still work but none of my ceiling work it won’t turn on, change the breakers, everything seem to work under the basement and wire do have electricity but no electricity on the first floor ceiling light . My electrician want to rewire a new line . Just need some tips from you first . Thank you

Man.... I clicked on this video so FAST cause all I read was ceiling & DREO "drain" thinking we finally got a ceiling mounted tub filler LOL!!!! I know you're reading this & laughing. Had a buddy install a ceiling fan on a plastic box before. Thanks be to God no one was killed when it broke loose & crashed in his room at 2a. one night. Looking back we can laugh now.... As someone who has installed countless ceiling fans, this video was super informative and easy to follow. And I’ve never seen a ceiling fan so easily assembled. I’m used to a box of 80 parts. Thanks and great work.
